About Us

The Yemeni Refugee Committee’s mobile teams are tasked with supporting refugees and asylum seekers in vulnerable situations by connecting them with emergency shelter workers.

The Mobile Teams are made up of volunteers. These volunteers are from the URC and are trained by UNHCR and other partners.

Through these teams, the URC also collects data on the numbers of refugees and asylum seekers in vulnerable Brussels. This data is anonymised and shared with partners during the ongoing reception crisis. The Umbrella Refugee Committee will never share other identifying information with third parties
